Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order via the Australia Post website.

Packaging

All fragrance samples and decants are carefully packaged to prevent leakage or damage in transit.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at: Email: iofragrances123@gmail.com

Please include your order number and photos where applicable.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I&O Fragrances is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
