Products & Services

I&O Fragrances sells fragrance samples and decants for personal use only.

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions and images. However, we cannot guarantee that colours, packaging, or product appearance will always be exactly the same due to screen settings or supplier changes.

All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued or changed at any time without notice.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

I&O Fragrances is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or third-party couriers once an order has been dispatched.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, I&O Fragrances shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Governing Law
